Hi Paul, Just to say thanks for all your help last week when we visited Krakow. Everything went perfectly, even when we phoned you at midnight to say our flight was cancelled, you came back to the airport to pick us up even though the fog was really bad. You were alway punctual and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly recommend you to anyone visiting Krakow. Thanks also for looking after my parents they can't speak more highly of you.

Dear Paul, We would just like to give a big thank you for all your help during our recent stay in Krakow. You offered us extremely good and competitive prices, you were punctual and helpful with advice and information. On our trip to Auschwitz, it was made easier by your understanding of the situation there and the way you allowed us time to visit and reflect. We also very much appreciated the Movie about Facts of the events leading up to the Holocaust. Our visit to the Wieliczka salt mines was also made easy with the comfort of the vehicle, the i-Pod films and suggestion of lunch before going the mines. As for lunch - WOW - the mushroom soup in a bun will remain a constant memory of one of our days out with you. Many thanks also for collecting us directly from our hotel and delivering us back to Krakow airport. It was so much easier, especially at 7 o'clock in the morning when public transport would have been for us a nightmare. Thank you for everything Paul! You picked us up from the katowice airport and brought us safe to our hotel. You even helped us to check in. We had serious chats in the bus, but also we laughed a lot. Later that evening at 23.30 I texted you if you could also bring us to the salt mines and you texted back immediately that it was no problem. Next day you brought us to Auschwitz and Birkenau and told us where to go etc. You also made a great deal with the salt mines to give us student's discount on a tour. I highly recommend this service and if I will need you, again I will call you for sure! ; And who knows we might see you in Holland soon ;)

"I am happy to highly recommend this service : polite, efficient, reliable , friendly and safe. I visited Krakow with my parents one beautiful autumn 2006. My parents are no longer young and I wanted to ensure they would see as much as possible, safely and conveniently. Paul organised an electric car tour for us - It was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and helpful and very kind to my mother. What is more Polish Paul drove us to various places of interest in the countryside around Krakow. We have been to the Czestochowa - home of the Shrine of the Black Madonna. We spent some hours there. Later that day he drove us to Wadowice - through beautiful countryside, to the birth place of Pope John Paul. I returned to Krakow for New Year and Pawel brought me and my family skiing to Zakopane. He recommended good restaurants and places to stay. "

We would like to offer our thanks to you for such a well organised, friendly and relaxed weekend. Your correspondence prior to our arrival was superb. Your minibus, in which we travelled was very comfortable and immaculately maintained.

All or our party whom visited 'Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau' on Saturday would also like to thank you for the way in which you structured our visit, we felt that you explained the most significant and important aspects of the camp extremely well, this then prepared us for the remainder of the day. We also appreciate the fact that your referred to our tour as 'private' and that we were free to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that we could visit every aspect of each site. We were also very impressed and would like to thank you for the care taken whilst driving us to and from Krakow, the snow was rather deep!! Your weather prediction given prior to our arrival was entirely accurate.
