We are Child Friendly
We have bought a brand new Child Seat and we can take it for every transfer or tour, just please let us know that we will need it. There are no additional costs for taking the child seat.
Cancellation Policy:
1 – Once the tickets to Auschwitz will be booked under your name – no cancellation is possible
There will be no refunds as Auschwitz has a very strict policy.
2 – You can quit your booking 7 days or more before the service without any costs
This is valid for any tour that no entry ticket have been booked especially for you.
3 – if You cancel between 6 days to 3 days before the service 50 % of the pre payment will be given back
4 – IMPORTANT – if you cancel 2 days or shorter before your service the pre payment will not be given back to You.
